Sweet and Simple Elopement Package

We’ve helped many couples cross the threshold into marriage at picturesque locations ranging from Beaches with dramatic views, to having the Redwood Trees stand as witnesses to their union. We’re happy to recommend our favorite ceremony sites to you! This Package is the perfect option for the couple who wants a stress free ceremony with just the two of them and up to 18 guests. Our Collections start at $1,500 in Santa Cruz County, $1,700 outside of Santa Cruz County. We provide you with an experienced wedding photographer and an award winning officiant. We can bring flowers to add more beauty to your day for an additional fee.

Photography lasts about an hour which is plenty of time to photograph the ceremony and portraits. You can add-on video, prints, albums, and extra hours of photography. For elopements with more than 20 people, an additional hour of photography is required.

Donna has crafted beautiful ceremonies that provide the perfect words to convey your love. You’re welcome to write your own vows. Your ceremony will be filled with an honest simplicity that allows you to be fully present in the moment. She comes from her heart when she helps you cross the threshold into marriage.

Roaring Camp Railroads Elopement Package, $2,500 for up to 18 guests (plus the couple)

We’re thrilled to have an exclusive partnership with Roaring Camp Railroads in Felton to provide a one of a kind elopement experience! You will have a private area for two hours amidst the redwood trees in their Big Trees Grove. (Please note - this package doesn’t offer the steam train ride.)

This package includes:

• A unique private area for two hours in the Redwood Forest that's easy to access. 

• The site fee

• Complimentary parking at the ceremony site for three vehicles. Additional parking is available in the main parking lot for $10/car.

• Haybales covered with sherpa blankets for limited seating

• A ceremony stage that you can have decorated with an arch that we can provide, or you can hire a florist. Seating for your guests is included with setup and takedown. 

• Day of Ceremony Coordinator (required for over 3 vehicles, or if you’re having a processional) : We arrive early to oversee the setup, help guide your guests to the ceremony site if you have over 3 vehicles and they will facilitate your processional down the aisle. We stay until the end to ensure that your ceremony details are attended to.
